HALF WAY THERE!!

I DID IT I DID IT! I Finally made it to half way!!! Got up this morning and I weighed in at 288!! I am officially .5lbs on the other side! ROFLMAOOO. Its been a crazy past week I have lost 1lb every day!!! MAN I hope it keeps up lol. Not likely but I am sure not going to complain while its dropping! LOLOL Only 138 pounds to go *sigh*. But at this rate it will be off in no time!! I lost the first half in just about 1 year so I am hoping the second half will come off the same. Next milestone/goals: 1. 284 - same weight I was the day I walked out of the hospital after having Joshua 2. 283 - goal loss of 12lbs for February met, officially the lightest I have been in 7 years. 3. 282 - 100lbs lost since the first day of my first appointment to have WLS 6/20/06 Happy Happy Joy Joy !!! Looks like its going to be a GREAT WEEK!!! Wish me luck!! *huggles* Felicia =0)

*HUGE GRIN* OK there wasn't a smilie with a big enough grin. This one is just to small lmaoo Poor Joshua thinks his Mom has lost her marbles. He comes in a and gives me a hug and I tell him what today is ( remember he is 6 and has NO CLUE what I am talking about ) and looks up at me with the sweetest most concerned face and goes "Mom ya know what" and I of course say "what" and he says " Mom... Love that big beautiful smile!! Is it meeting in the back?? Kids are cute, aren't they? Your story about Joshua cracked me up this morning!! He sounds like my kids. I get all excited about meeting one of my goals and their responses are soooooo....interesting. All the while I can see in their eyes that they think Mom is Oh well.... Susan

LMAO Yup!! Gotta love them... Best part is that we are now setting an example for them to hopefully help them NEVER EVER get where we ended up. Joshua may not understand today but I hope that all of the things we are going through helps me show him a different path. I agree. I hope my boys see the struggles I'm going thru and never ever let themselves go thru this. I also hope I'm modelling healthy behaviors for them now....ones of moderation in eating and physical activity. Hopefully as the weather warms and the days lengthen I can start going out a second time in the afternoons with them to walk or even ride bikes. I want them to get off the couch and away from the video games and become more active too. BTW, I have a dentist on standby for you if you have problems with the teeth meeting in back. Susan
