MON: Protein/water/menu/workout

Ugh - I hate when I don't totally submit a post. Protein: 48g - with 15 more planned Water: 60oz with time for more Menu: B: no sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast made with skim plus milk. S: 1oz cashers L: Beef tips and broccoli low carb lean cuisine ate the meat (2.5 oz) and a few bites of broccoli S: light string cheese D: will do something with the left over rotisserie chicken I have - I will have to sauce it and cut it up small - must make sure I don't have a repeat of last Thursday nights episode! Workout: I am so anxious to get myself back to the gym, it's been a full week plus! Tonight I'll work on my arms in the weight room and then do 30 min. on the treadmill.

HEY PAT, HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT THE NUTRITIONAL VALUES YET. B: SCRAMBLED EGG AND 1 PC OF BACON 16oz NESTLE'S LEMEON FLAVORED WATER L: 1 PC OF LOW SODIUM HAM AND 1 PC OF LOW FAT LOW SODIUM SWISS 32.9oz LEMON FLAVORED WATER D: LEAN OPEN FACED ROAST BEEF SANDWICH W/ SPINICH. WORKOUT: 1 MILE WALK. HAD A BEAUTIFUL DAY, WAS IS THE HIGH 60'S TODAY. A BIG CHANGE FROM THE PAST WEEK, 30'S ALL WEEK. NOW SOME OF YOU MIGHT LAUGH AT THAT BUT REMEMBER, I LIVE IN THE DEEP SOUTH AND IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO GET COLD HERE. DONNA, SFY
