Protein: 48g - with 15 more planned

B: no sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast made with skim plus milk.

L: Beef tips and broccoli low carb lean cuisine ate the meat (2.5 oz) and a few bites of broccoli
S: light string cheese
D: will do something with the left over rotisserie chicken I have - I will have to sauce it and cut it up small - must make sure I don't have a repeat of last Thursday nights

Workout: I am so anxious to get myself back to the gym, it's been a full week plus! Tonight I'll work on my arms in the weight room and then do 30 min. on the treadmill.
