OK...I don't think I will hit my mini-goal of onederland by Valentine's Day, but I am ok with that.
Pre-op Appt Weight: 282
Weight on Surgery Date 10/11/06: 274
Weight Last Week: 206
Weight this Week: 203.5
Total Weight Change Since Pre-op appt.: 78.5 lbs
Total Change in week: 2 lbs
Total Change in last month: 20.5 lbs.
Average Weekly Change since Surgery: 4.33 lbs per week
Avg. Weekly Change in last month: 3.34 lost per week
Projected 4 weeks: 191 on 3/12/07 based on last 2 month weight loss.
Projected 12 Weeks: 167 on 5/7/07 (which is only two pounds heavier than my goal...but I know the loss will slow down now that I am getting closer to goal.)
Total to lose to reach my goal: 38.5
Percentage of Body Weight Lost: 27.8%
Total inches lost: 38 inches
I've lost 2 inches off of my waist in the past month, 1.5 off my bicept, 1 inch off my chest, an inch off my hips, 2 inches off my thighs and a half an inch off of my calf. Not too shabby in a month. Makes that stall OK, I guess.

Thanks, Felicia. I'll see what happens. I only got 4 hours of sleep, so that might not have helped with the scale. I am off to jump on the treadmill now. I don't know how I didn't lose from yesterday because I only had a Chicken salad for lunch, a piece of salmon for dinner and a beef jerkey and 1/2 a serving of soy crisps for snack while working last night. I did that great workout on the treadmill yesterday and drank lots of water, a protein shake and got in 70+grms of protein and very few carbs. URGH!!! Maybe it was the lack of sleep. Who knows. I'll try to get more sleep tomorrow to get a better read.

Don't know why the good loss but: I have been eating soy nuts every day - high protein 11 gm for 1/4 cup, high fiber 5 gm, low carbs 7. Joined Curves last week. REally working at getting down to 140#.
Husband and I are moving. Bought a house with an RV garage and one level, we are now in a 2-story and both in are 60's so it's time. Packing all my junk, sorting what needs to be given away and what's for garage sale and what goes to new house. Hey maybe that's why I had a good week - nerves and moving a lot. maybe it's the B-12 shot I had last week, my first one, that's really given me lot's of energy. I was doing sublingual but couldn't handle the taste anymore.
