FRI:Protein/Fluids/Menu/Workout...
Today everything sucks!!! OK actually, I am getting lots of fluids because I am so sick. My throat is almost swollen shut.
I had to work, I did all my walking.
Here is what I had to eat today;
3 crackers and cheese whiz ( I knew the would mush into nothing)
1/4 of a protein bar
1/4 of a chicken breast (or less)
2 tablespoons of peas
3 slices of a beet
and that is it!
Oh well maybe when I can swallow again, then I will get more protein.
It was a pretty good day. Glad I had the protein bar with me as we were out and about. Made a huge difference!

Breakfast: Hoods FF w/ Pro-Complex Chocolate
Snack: Beef Jerkey
Lunch: Protein Bar (thank you Angela for the advice)
Dinner: Sliced Roast Beef out of a sandwich
Fluids: Always way above 64
Workout: Still not released to work out again. Hoping for Monday after checkup apt.
Not a great day...could have eaten more tonight but just not in the mood. 83 is not bad though.

Didn't make my goal for protein since what I had planned for dinner never happened lol. But I am close and my weekly average is still really good so that is all that matters.
