Guilty here. In fact, I weigh twice a day! In the morning and before bed. I am obsessed with the scale. LOL Allison

Yup, call me an addict too. I weigh myself before I shower every morning, and then again at night when I get ready for bed. I guess for me, I need to see that it's still moving. I know from weighing myself so much, that I can weigh 2lbs heavier at night. So it's really the morning number that I count

I too am a daily weigher. It helps to keep me motivated for my exercise. I have heard pros and cons to weighing everyday and not weighing everyday. So I guess it really doesn't matter which way you go, it can either be a motivator or demotivator to weigh everyday.

LOL...I'll join the ranks of the daily weighers, too. I weigh myself every morning after I go potty. I tried to hide the scale for a week, which turned out to be 4 days and since I got it out to weigh again, I have kept it out. I do get annoyed with stalls, but I now know that when I eat a little off of the plan I don't lose and when I don't exercise, I don't lose. I am stalled this week because I haven't exercised because of this darn head cold. I tried one day and got lightheaded and didn't push myself and didn't even break a sweat. I hope to jump back in tomorrow and get me into onederland by the end of the week.

WELL GUESS I CAN'T JOIN THE WEIGH-AHOLICS CLUB. FIRST I DON'T HAVE A SCALE AT THE HOUSE FOR TWO SIMPLE REASONS, 1) AT FIRST ALL THE WEIGHTS ON THE SCALES ONLY WENT SO FAR AND I WENT FARTHER, 2) SECOND? IM CHEAP, I DON'T WANT TO GO AND SPEND ALOT OF MONEY ON A GOOD SCALE. THAT BEING SAID I DO WEIGH MYSELF ONCE A WEEK AT WORK. YES, I SAID WORK. REMEMBER I'M A NEONATAL NURSE, NO I DON'T WEIGH MYSELF ON THE BABY SCALE CAN YOU JUST PICTURE THAT? EVERY AREA IN THE HOSP. HAS THE MINIMUM OF TWO SCALES ON EACH FLOOR. SO THAT IS WERE I WEIGH MYSELF. WHEN I WEIGHED MYSELF THIS PAST WEEK I GOT VERY DISCOURAGED, THE SCALE AT WORK SHOWED A 5# DIFFERENCE (MORE) THAN THE SCALE AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE THE WEEK BEFORE. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY. I HAVEN'T CHANGED MY EATING HABITS, I'M TAKING IN MY FLUID. CAN ANYONE HELP? DONNA, SFY

I weigh in when i wake up and go to bed. It keeps me on track. It also keeps me motivated to workout faithfully.
