"Goal Weight" = Final number you would like to see on the scale. - 160 How close are you to goal? Ooo, must check..wow! 76lbs! Who set up your "goal weight"? I did, along with "the boy" Why did you pick that "goal"? It equaled roughly 1/2 of my highest weight, and when I played on the virtual model website - the image looked healthy and right for me. Anything less looked way too skinny for me. But who knows, I may keep going if this body is willing. What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? - I already have had a taste, my 320lbs kept me from so much, here almost 100lbs later I am already experiencing "the good life" and looking foward to more: hiking, camping, biking, volleyball, long walks on the beach, water skiing, kyaking....and and and...wow...I never knew there was an active person buried under all this fat!

Goal Weight" = 145 to 150. How close are you to goal? 69 pounds (that means I am more than half way there: COOL! Who set up your "goal weight"? Me. I want to be "normal" Why did you pick that "goal"?I want to be "normal" and I feel like I can reach this goal. It doesn't seem unrealistic. I think I would like to be 135-145 but those numbers scare me. What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? I think things will be easier. Walking, sleeping, breathing, that kind of thing. I used to be a figure skater, so I was a super skinny teenager (113 pounds until about the age of 21) and I would love to skate again. Just skate nothing fancy. Both of my children skate and I watch. My son was a figure skater until this year and now he plays hockey and my daughter is a figure skater. They have been for years. I would just love to skate with them again. Tara

"Goal Weight" = Final number you would like to see on the scale. 125-135 How close are you to goal? Hmmm..... 45-55 lbs away. Who set up your "goal weight"? ME!!! I asked the surgeon and he didn't/wouldn't give me a number. LOL Why did you pick that "goal"? Well....I was 115 when I got married. I've had 4 kids and I'm almost 40. I didn't think getting back to 115 was really reasonable. So, I looked at my body. I really do have a small frame and I'm short (5'4"). Plus, I felt the BEST I've ever felt at 115....so I figure, for a woman "my age" with 4 children, the 125-135 was a reasonable goal. I can't decide on which though. It all depends on how I feel when I get there. What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? I will be back to "me" again. So, life will be wonderful. I already feel my self confidence coming back. I am more alert, happy and ready to take on the world. I foresee this getting better as time goes by. I know I'll be lots more active. I can't wait!! Goal Weight" = 145 How close are you to goal? 45lbs to go!! Who set up your "goal weight"? I did!!!! Why did you pick that "goal"? I haven't been this weight since 7th grade. I am 5'2 and thought it would be a realistic goal for myself. What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"?I don't think it will change me too much. I am still the same Allison I've always been. I'll just look better and smile more because of the increased self confidence.
