"Goal Weight" = Final number you would like to see on the scale. How close are you to goal? Who set up your "goal weight"? Why did you pick that "goal"? What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? *huggles* Felicia

Goal Weight = 150lbs How close are you to goal? I have 143lbs to go to reach "goal" Who set up your "goal weight"? I did. Why did you pick that "goal"? I graduated from highschool at 145lbs and I figured that 150lbs was a reachable size (goal) for me with out having to "starve off" that last 20lbs lol. What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? I used to dream about what it would be like and then I had surgery lol and seem to have lost the thoughts of it. I would have to say simply wonderful. I see me going every where, doing everything, running, playing. I see myself finally being able to focus on something besides what the scale says each day. I don't really know what it will be like but I sure have high hopes and dreams for the ease it will bring to my life. Life is awesome right now here all around me. I am happy, I am loved but I am not functioning like I want to be. I look forward to the day when I don't walk out to door with the though "omg what will people say when they see me" and instead have the thought "omg I cant wait for people to see me". *huggles* Felicia

The final number I would like to see is 135! I am 70 lbs from that final number. I set this goal, my doctors goal is 145 to 150 and with that in mind I am only 60 to 65 lbs from that goal. The reason I picked that goal is it sounded like a great number to be at, I would like to get there but when I get there and I look sick then I will try to gain but we will have to see. My life at goal...no meds!!! That is the best thing and being and looking healthy. I will have more energy! Have more fun with the kids and DH! I want to explore different avenues of my life!! This is a great question!! Have fun with this!! Hugs,

"Goal Weight" 145 pounds How close are you to goal? 127 pounds. Started out as 212 pounds!! Who set up your "goal weight"? I did. Why did you pick that "goal"? That is the middle of the range for my height and frame. Plus, I have never been that size before except as a kid. Hehe. What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? Gosh, I can only imagine what life is going to be like when I reach my goal weight. From the way things are now, I can expect it to be amazing!! There are so many things now that I do because of the weight that I have lost so far. I can't wait to see how it is going to be at 145 pounds. The lowest weight that I can ever remember being was about 180 in the 3rd grade. So, reaching my goal weight is going to be goal within itself. For so long I have looked in the mirror and was depressed by what I saw staring back at me. I can't wait to see what I really look like!! Hugs, Sherry

"Goal Weight" = 135 How close are you to goal? 51 lbs. Who set up your "goal weight"? I did!!!! Why did you pick that "goal"? That is what I weighed when I got married 20 years ago and I thought it would be great to get there again before my 21st anniversary! What do you think life will be like for you when you are at "goal"? Simply wonderful. Being able to go to Kenneywood with my kids and actually riding the rides with them instead of jus****ching....walking up my steps without having to stop to breath....my husband and I walk every night during the summer and by the end of the walk, my legs are hurting so bad!! It will be nice to walk.....

Goal Weight - 165 lbs (I will be happy here, but the closer I get to that, I am thinking I might want to go lower just so that I am no longer overweight.) I might want to go to 158 lbs. I am 39 lbs away from my goal. I set the goal for myself. My PCP said she would like to see me around 165-175 lbs. My surgeon has not really said anything other than when I told him I wanted to get to 165 he said that sounded good. I picked that goal because I can't remember ever weighing that much. I was 185 when I graduated from high school. My "skinny" sister weighs 175. I'd like to weigh less than her. I have no idea what life will be like at goal. I image much better. I can take the kids to Kennywood (I'll meet ya there, Holly) and ride all the rides with them. I can take them to water parks and not be embarrassed about being in a bathing suit. I can enjoy vacations and family time and not be "too tired" to do anything that requires any kind of physical activity. And speaking of "physical" I imagine my sex life with my husband will be more enjoyable. Especially with both of us having the surgery. I can't wait. I also feel better doing a lot of things and am still about 40 pounds from goal. OH...and shopping!!! I can't wait to go shopping!!! It's more fun now, but is just going to get better!!!
