Sorry I neglected you

I am sorry I have neglected you. I keep forgetting this board is here. I am 4 mos out and have lost around 76lbs. How does that measure up? how much have you lost? I always feel like I am not losing enough.

Great to see you back!! Looks like your about average or above with your loss ( not that you should be "measuring up" to anyone but your self of course lol ). I am 4 months out and 83lbs down since pre-op diet and 65 from surgery day. Keep up the great work. Looks like you are doing wonderfully! *huggles* Felicia

Hi Nicole. Glad you found us again. Congrats on your weight loss. I have lost 78 lbs, so you are measuring up just right with me. It's hard to compare yourself to others because we have all started at different weights and are losing at different speeds. How do you feel you are doing? Looks like you are doing great. Don't be a stranger. Add the board to one of your bookmarks. That's what I did. Hope you are doing well since your surgery. Hugs, Tabby

I'm about the same as everyone else. I am 4 months out and 103lbs down since pre-op diet and 83lbs down from surgery day. I just hope the weight loss doesn't slow down. Keep up the good work everyone!!!!!!!!

Hi Nicole!! Glad to see you posting. Hope you come back often!! As for how much I've lost? I'm down 74 pounds since surgery. So, it seems we are losing at about the same speed. Keep up the good work!! Susan
