i put my gazelle together!!
i was a little hesitant to open the box because in most of the ratings online the people really *****ed about the assembly. i found it to be pretty easy actually. i did it "all by myself", and it took me about 50 minutes. now the issue is to use it!! it is much harder than it looks. i have to watch the dvds that came with it, and i only glanced over the oweners manual. i started to try it with the resistance thingys on it, but then i read that you are supposed to start with no resistance. thank goodness, i could barely do five minutes without huffing and puffing with the resistance on. now i just have to come up with a routine and stick with it. felicia, if you have any advice i'd be happy to hear it.
have a great day everyone,
patricia
p.s. phil didn't see his shadow, so that means an early spring... woohoooo!!
oh thank you thank you...
i don't have time to start today, and i was so worried that i should be using the resistance. i'm going to try to start tonight when i can read the book and look at the dvd. i am hoping to start with ten to fifteen minutes twice a day.... i think!
i need to run out and get some things for my shoes that someone showed me last night. i am trying to avoin needles in my heels for plantars faciitus.
out i go again...
