Thurs: Protein / Water / Menu / Excercise

Menu: (with protein amounts) B: CIB w/ skim plus milk (15g) S: light string cheese (9g) L: Low carb lean cuisine - Steak tips w/ mushrooms and broccoli (ate all of meat a few bites of broccoli) (16g) S: NSA Tapioca pudding w/ scoop of vanilla carb advantage protein powder (15g) D: chicken and green beans (20g) Fluids - slow day today, 32oz only so far (including my milk this morning), plenty more time to get the rest in though. Excercise - if the weather allows I'll hit the gym tonight - I'm sore from overdoing it a bit with the strength training last night - I may just do an hour of cardio.
