If you are looking for a Raspberry flavor I vote for Raspberry Ice Crystal Light ( in the bottles) Its made with Splenda instead of aspartame. It tastes great!! I have a whole pop machine full of it lolol. Good luck!! *huggles* Felicia

Wow!! You look great. I hope that your tea is sweetened wit something other than sugar. As long as you aren't using the real stuff... drink away. Aime

I second the vote for Crystal light iced tea and raspberry iced tea! Try brewing tea or raspberry tea and sweetening it with splenda then chilling it. I keep a huge pitcher in the fridge at all times. Another new favorite of mine is the Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry and Diet Orange juices. They are sweetened with splenda and have only 2g sugars from the natural fruit juices. Light refreshing and yummy! Tea is a good thing. Lots of antioxidants and such....but the sugar is not a good thing. It can cause dumping, plateauing or slowing of your weight loss....and worse, taking in those sugar carbs will trigger more carb cravings and start a vicious cycle. This rapid weight loss phase is the key time to break the bad habits that made us obese in the first place, and is also the time to form new healthy habits! Ok....getting off the soap box now....

I second the crystal light suggestion. They have alot of flavors. Also, my Wal Mart has a lot of different no caffeine/low-sugar or no sugar teas you make with tea bags. If you add the Splenda sugar packets, it tastes just like sweet tea (to me anyway). Lipton also makes a really good citrus flavored green tea. They are usually in the drinks aisle in 20 oz bottles. I get the diet ones, I promise, they are just as good. Good luck!!!
