Wed: Protein/Water/Menu Excercise

Menu: B: Shake (20g) S: handful of nuts (have to stop that!) 7g L: small chili from Wendy's (12g? I have no idea) S: light string cheese (9g) D: 3oz chicken and some greenbeans (22g) aside from the high calorie/ fat content in the nuts a good good day. Liquid: woah I'm already over 60 oz! (I went to Wendys w/ the boy for lunch today...I ordered a small chili and on a whim a small light lemonade) well they mistakenly gave me the "biggie size" - I checked the sugar content online....0g! So I've watered it down and have been sipping away all afternoon. Excercise: I slacked WAYYYYY off when I was sick. I'm feeling great now - so back to work I go, I'll do 30 min. cardio (bike or treadmill or both) tonight and 30 min weight training. YAY!

Calories: 725 Fat: 30g Sat Fat: Only 9g Carbs: 18g Fiber: 3g Net Carbs: 15g Protein: 95g Fluids: 95 ounces so far today!! Best day I have had so far on fluids!! ALL from water but 16oz... Workout: Ok I havent worked out today lol. No reason other then just dont wanna.. but I do plan to drag my ass onto the Gazelle and work out during Rachel Ray this afternoon so we will see how that goes. Started lifting weights yesterday so body is rebelling today lol. OH OH OH and my ball will be here on Monday so bye bye computer chair!! Cant wait! *huggles* Felicia

Okay here goes: B: Protein Bar 190 calories 10 g protein L: 6 oz yogurt 80 calories S: String cheese 70 calories D: Unsure yet Protein: 40 grams of protein from shakes (I really do not count the food protein yet) Water: 62.1 oz Exercise: could not get up early to walk on the treadmill, bad sinus headache, plan on doing 30-45 minutes tonight.

good evening october babies, i have found a wonderful treat at starbucks... i get a "sugar free" vanilla, "decaf" cappacino with "fat free" milk. mmm, mmm good!! i was out early today, so i drove through starbucks and had one for breakfast. since it was early, i did the real coffee today. also for breakfast i had one half of a 42 gram new whey, and a bottle of water (16.9 oz.) another bottle of water and a cheese stick for snacking lunch was 3 slices of smoked turkey and a slice of provolone 8 oz. skim milk more water dinner was a small amount of a turkey club salad from salad works... i picked out a lot of the turkey and bacon. i couldn't beleive how much of it i put away for later. tonight i will have the other half of the new whey, and probably a blue bunny chocolate pop, and of course, lots more water. a rough guess is about 75-85 grams of protein, and i usually get in 4 to five bottles of water. and i get in all of my required vitamins and suppliments. and.... my GAZZELLE was delivered today!! i don't have the energy to put it together tonight, so that is what i will do tomorrow morning before my doctor appt. happy february to all of you. fondly, patricia

Good morning. Seems my schedule doesn't allow me as much time as it used to all me for posting and reading. That is a good thing, I think! I went to Bally's Sunday to take advantage of a free membership offered through Discovery Health. I expected to exercise. I was sold a membership. I went again last night to be trained by a personal trainer. I expected to exercise. I was placed in a group with some other new people and told about muscle groups. We were shown the machines. They tried to sell me a personal trainer. At least my pedometer shows I walked 4 miles yesterday. That was all in my daily life activities. I'll try again..... Have I ever said I hate exercise gyms. Wonder why? Aime

Somehow I knew that "free membership" deal was too good to be true. Sorry you got pressured into buying a membership. However hopefully you will be enjoying some fun workouts soon!
