Tues: Menu/protein/water/excercise etc.
I'll start -
Menu: (odd one today)
B: left over chili (yup) (12g)
S: handful of nuts (7g)
L: Small beef stew from Wawa (you have to be from PA to appreciate) - ate the meat, and the green veggies only) (15g)
S: light cheese stick and small handful of nuts (15g)
D: meat from a low carb lean cuisine (chicken dish) - 15g
Fluids: 32 so far, another 16 before the gym and another 32 after
Excercise: water aerobics - 1 hour
Protein so Far: 40g (without food eatten)
Water: 90.3 oz
Menu:
B: Cream of wheat with splenda
L: Light String cheese stick and handful of nuts
D: ???
Exercise so far: 30 minutes of Leslie Sansone 2 Mile walk...plan on going for another 2 mile walk later if I have time (little league sign up tonight from 6-8 for oldest son so depends on how long that takes)
Today seems to have been a pretty good...

B: 1 piece of small bologna, 1/2 slice of cheese, 1 small egg
L: 3 oz hamburger, 3 bites of salad
D: 1/2 cup of taco meat with salsa and piece of lowfat cheese
I will probably try to get in a protein bar before the night over.
Treadmill: 15 mins
Stationary Bike: 10 mins
Weights: 20 mins
Ball Excercise: 10 mins and 30 sit ups
