Hey everyone...looks like everyone is doing such a great job!!! Way to go!!
Of course you all get the and more and More !!!
Here are my stats:
Pre-surgery weight: 266
Last Week: 211
Today: 205
Loss for the week: 6 lbs
Loss since surgery: 61 pds
Need to loose 70 lbs to reach my goal of 135!!!
I am happy with my weight loss but want of course to be further along...
Can't wait to see how we all do next Monday!!! Good Luck and make it a great week!!!

I have not been on the scale since Saturday, so I will post my weight from then. I think next week I will weigh on Sunday. That will give me 8 days off of the scale, if I can stick to it. I'm going to try really hard.
Starting weight: 282 (Pre-op Appt...two weeks before surgery)
Day of Surgery: 274
Current Weigh: 213 (No loss this week....keeps fluctuating a pound up and down...unfortunately it was up the pound on the day of my last weigh in)
Total loss so far: 69 lbs.
I need to lose 48 lbs to get to my own personal goal of 165.
I need to lose 14 lbs to get to my next mini goal of 199 (onederland) by Valentine's Day!!!
Starting BMI: 44
Current BMI: 33
A Few days late, but better late than never.

Day of surgery - 313
Today - 254
Total loss of 64lbs ( I count my highest, because that's my feelings)
Starting BMI - 49
Current BMI - 41
Loss for this week 3lbs.
I need suggestions to step up my weight loss. I feel like i'm slugging along. I want to be losing more each week than 2-3lbs. Can anyone offer suggestions? I am not working out, which is probably my first mistake, but advice/suggestions are welcome. Thanks,
