Hi and Happy Monday To All
My name is Karen Skaggs and I am from Riverside, CA. I need to get my profile and pictures up on this website. I really enjoy learning from all of you since we all had surgery in the same month of 2006. Here are my "Vitals".
Top Wt 242
Pre-Surgery 222
Today's Wt 176
I wanted to share a receipe. This is an old WW receipe that works when I want something different. Carbs are a little high so this is a once or twice a week for me.
1/2 Western Cinnamon Bagel toasted 55 cal. 3.5 protein, carb 10, sugar 0
1/2 cup n/f cottage cheese with some vanilla and equal or whatever you have
spread cottage cheese mixture on toasted bagel/put in microwave for 20 seconds.
Enjoy and have a good day. Karen
I'm addicted to the scale too Tara. I admit that I weigh every day.
But, for me, it is a habit I need to instill. When I stopped weighing everyday was when I gained all my weight! So, I feel that for me to be successful, I need to weigh every day for the rest of my life. That way when I see the pounds creeping up, I can stop them before they go too far.
BTW, great job!!!
Susan
