Not really the best of days.
Breakfast: 2 low fat sausage links
Snack: 12 oz. Super Skim Milk and 1 Scoop of Vitamin World Brand Vanilla Whey
Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 6 shrimp with ****tail sauce.
Snack: 2 TBSP. Sunflower Seeds
Dinner: This is where it got bad...3/4 cup tuna noodle cassarole. Didn't want to eat it, but I made it for the family and DH put it on my plate and it looked and smelled so YUMMY!!! It was. I'm sure I will gain a pound because of it. URGH!!! Why did I do that?
I think that to get in more protein today I will have another protein shake and skip the popcorn for movie night.
I am still working on my fluids. 3/4 the way there.
And for exercise today I pulled the kids around in sleds in the snow. Not the best workout, but it was fun, nonetheless and I broke a sweat doing it.
Tomorrow is another (better) day!!!
