FELICIA, THE BABIES LOOK SO HEALTHY AND DELISH. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS THIS, DOES THE LIGHT COME W/ THE KIT AND WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO HARVEST AND SHARE SOME OF THOSE WONDERFUL HERBS. ONLY KIDING. Hi ya! Its complete. The only think you add is a place to plug it in and water. Thats it. All the seeds ( in pods ) nutrients light bulbs everything is included. Basically pop it together ( took about 5 mins ) add water and plug it in and off it went. With in 3 days both basils were sprouted. The lights are on timers to auto turn off and on. And little lights turn on to tell you when to add water and when to drop in more food tablets. There is a little book that tells you how to prune them to get the most life out of them and when to raise the lamp hood. Basically to put it simply my 6 year old is in full charge of it lol. If he can do it anyone can. Sorry to hear about the cats lol. No cats here and I think the dog would drop dead before eating something healthy lolol.
