3 month checkup

I had my 3 month checkup today....My goal was to be 190 lbs!! Well, guess what??? I weighed 186 pounds! I am sooooooooo thrilled!! I don't know who was more excited me or my doctor!! My BMI in July when I first met my doctor was 48 and today it was 33!!! I don't mean to boast, but I am absolutely thrilled to death right now!! Holly
