"stuck" in onederland

I finally arrived in onderland ...13 days ago. I wanted to post it right away but was afraid that as soon as I did I'd pop over the 200 mark again. So I thought I'd wait a day or two. But then for 10 loooooooong days the scale read 199, 199, 199, 199... plateau!!! Then finally on Tuesday it read 198. Wednesday was 197. Today was, get this, 195!!!! Annette

Congrats Annette!!!! Onederland is a great place to be stuck, isn't it?? Glad to hear the scale is moving again. Hope it continues for you. I did much the same...stayed at 199 for several days, then made it to 190 and stayed there for 2 weeks. Finally moving again (189 today)....but scared to death it's going to stop again soon. Keep on keeping on!!! You are doing great! Susan
