3 Month Surgiversary
Today is my official 3-month Surgiversary. My camera is out in the car, but I plan on grabbing it soon and getting an official picture.
Things I have learned:
1. Eat because you NEED to, not because you can't think of anything else to do, or it seems like "eating time"
2. When you falling asleep at your desk - it means your body wants to move - take a walk - you'l feel better for it.
3. Having the love of your life tell you he's proud of you is the best feeling the world.
Things I do not miss:
1. Eating so much, so late at night that I go to bed feeling sick.
2. Needing to cling to the bannister to get myself up a flight of steps, my knees groaning the whole way.
3. That stiff, body achey, foot hurting stumble walk first thing in the morning.
4. Feeling uncomfortable in every thing I wear
(the list could go on)
