Ready to kick the scale....
UGH....
Well, it's been two weeks with no drop in weight. I know what's happening. My body is readjusting and losing inches (almost 1 inch on my waist alone) but STILL!!! I want to see the scale MOVE. Just one pound would make me soooo happy right now. Every morning I get up and look in the mirror and think "Wow! I'm even smaller. I bet I've lost a pound by now." Then I step on the scale....and it says 190.
I've been thinking about this. Tell me what you think. My hubby has steel toed boots for work. They are heavy. I will put them on and walk into the bathroom and then start kicking my scale. Hard. Repeatedly. This will take care of two things. #1. It will relieve a lot of frustration and #2. It can be considered exercise, right??
Of course, then my scale will be dead and the next one might say I weigh even more..... Hmmmmm....maybe I should just give it a few more days.....
Hope everyone is having a good day.
Susan

I hear ya Angela. I'm thinking I need to stay off the scale for a few days and give my body a chance to lose weight....but it's so darn hard to stay away!!
Hello. My name is Susan and I am a scale-aholic.
You know, they say the first step to getting better is admitting you have a problem.....
BTW, there is a line for the boots so it may be a while before they get there.
