Hows the protein and water going today?
Ok, so we all seem to be under the weather or suffering from winter blues. I'm sure I'm not the only one struggling with the eating.
Water: good today, 70oz so far, will have another 16 at least before bed tonight.
Food: Still a dang struggle.
Protein: (sigh) 24oz (I hope to get it at least into the 50 range before bed)
Menu: (pathetic and very unbalanced)
B: a handful of nuts
S: another handful of nuts
L: a few bites of soup (rosemary chicken and white bean)
S: nsa tapioca pudding
S: lessons and then a meeting tonight (not even time for the gym) - I'm going to bring a string cheese along.
D: I won't be home until about 9 tonight or so - I'll pick up something on the way home that won't make me feel too stuffed to sleep.
I can't wait to feel better and start eating again. I hid the dang nuts as well...no more of them until I start to eat decent amounts of lower fat protein again. (on a side note - thanks to the nuts - my calorie intake for the day isn't totally awful.....it's higher that it has been).
