Tues: Protein/ Water/ Menu
Well, I am at work now and think that I have done pretty well today.
Breakfast: Protein Shake - 12 oz. Skim Milk and Vitamin World Vanilla Whey (13 gm + 18 gm)
Lunch: (Dinner for the rest of the family) Innards of a stuffed shell and 2 meatballs and a Tablespoon of cole slaw (not sure of the protein content, but it was practiacally all protein)
Dinner: (midnight) Grilled Chicken salad with 1 TBSP of sunflower seeds and 3 oz of chicken. I'm too tired right now to focus and figure out the protein, but it is pretty decent.
Snack: Soy Crisp Chips (9 grams of protein) These were yummy
Don't know the exact protein count, but it had to have been in my 60-80 range.
I did REALLY well with fluids today. I had about 30 oz in before I even left my house this morning. Not bad.
That's it for me. Not too many carbs today at all.
