I went to my NUT yesterday to find out if what I was doing was on track and what I needed to do to get these scales moving. Well she examined what I have been eaten and guess what my body is BORED...can you imagine that!! I need to get different foods in and it is okay that I don't do the shakes...YEA!! as long as I get protein in then it is okay. It was just good to hear someone say you are eating right just your body is bored. Then I get a phone call from my DR's office about my labs and everything is GREAT!! My A1C is 6 which is for Diabetic Patients and the norm is below 5.9...so I am within a point! Then my cholestrol (sp) is 151 which is great compared to 245 that is was at once. My bloodsuger was even 124 yaw hoo!! On my vitamin levels were great!! My protein was awesome!! I am so proud of myself !! Then they explained the Tinitta Scale and my fat % is only 6% from being in the normal range!!! Working out is working!! It was just a good day!! How awesome is this surgery!!! More important is how AWESOME ARE WE!!!

Congratulations, Angela!!! Sounds like you are doing everything just right. Can you believe that the scales stop moving because your body is BORED????? Unbelievable. We work so hard to do everything right and don't lose because we don't have enough variety in our food or in our workouts. Whatever!!! Glad that all your labs are great. Keep up the great work. This surgery truly is awesome and I agree, so are we!!! Hugs, Tabby

It is a scale that measures your weight, fat mass, fat %, muscle mass and water mass. It does all this by sending a small electric current through your body it doesn't hurt and you don't feel a thing. They weight me every appointment I have plus if I go for a support meeting I can get weighed then if I want. It is pretty kewl...

ANGELA, JUST WANTED TO ADD MY 2 - 3 CENTS IN W/ EVERYONE ELSE AND CONGRATULATE YOU ON YOUR WONDERFUL LAB RESULTS. THEY LOOK GREAT. ESPECIALLY THE A1c. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT OUR BODIES COULD GET BORED BY THE FOODS WE EAT. HOW ABOUT GIVING US SOME IDEA ON WHAT YOU'RE EATING? IT WOULD BE A WONDERFUL HELP W/ ANY NEW SUGGESTIONS FOR EVERYONE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THE LOSING. YES THIS SURGERY IS AWESOME AND WE DEFINATELY ARE TOO!!!!! DONNA
