How goes the battle today with the protein, water and what yummy things are you getting down today?

Heres a great thing to try : Chicken thights grilled parmegiano cheese crushed plum tomatoes , 2 make a great sauce You will have to grill the chicken the sautee the tomatoes and put the cheeses on top , the you pop it in the oven for 15 minutes so the tomatoe and cheese could unite. enjoy Maria

Not doing well, but better than yesterday. Totals: Fluids: about 40oz Protein: about 30g so far w/ time for more. B: weight control oatmeal (could only eat about 1/2) S: none L: Garlic Chicken lean cuisine (only the meat) S: 1 oz peanuts D: - grrrrrrr....our engagement party is tonight - his aunt is making.....lasagna..(I have a protein bar stashed in my purse).

HAD A GREAT DAY AT WORK. BABIES EVERYWHERE. WATER: 67.6oz OH MY GOD, I FINALY MADE IT TO > 60oz, USUALLY ONLY GET IN AROUND 40oz. PROTEIN, FORGOT TO FIGURE OUT THE AMT. B: 1 SCRAMBLED EGG 2 SML PIECES OF BACON L: 3oz BAKED JERK PORK LOIN, 2 TBSP MASHED POTATOS D: 1/4 CUP BAKED ZITI (BAD GIRL) WASHED IN DOWN SINCE IT WAS STICKING, DIDN'T FEEL GREAT. DONNA, SFY

B: Woke up late after long night so no breakfast S: 2oz. smoked almonds (combo with breakfast kinda) L: 3.5 oz steak & 4 shrimp (gotta love applebees!) S: Ate lunch late so they were combined D: Insides of 4 cheese ravioli (not much but it was good) S: ProComplex Shake with Hoods Milk Calories: 899 Fat: 52g Carbs: 25g Protein: 85g Not a great day but not bad either. Fat is WAY too high but steak and nuts will do that to it I guess. YUCK! Better tomorrow. All water/fluids too! Hope everyone had a great day! Hugs, Melissa

Today was small: Protein: 79 Carbs: 25 Fat: 26 Calories: 570 B: Protein Bar L: 6 small chunks of chicken in bourbon sauce S: Ground Sirloin Patty (5 oz) and tons of dancing!!!
