snack... 1/2 vial grape protein
lunch... tuna salad w/ 1/2 slice rye bread and 1/2 slice muenster
snack... 1/2 vial grape protein
dinner... tuna salad w/ 1/2 slice rye bread and 1/2 slice muenster
snack... **special k protein plus w/ 8 oz. skim milk
not much variety, but hubby brought me the tuna for lunch and he has a meeting tonight so i'm on my own for dinner. isn't it nice that one small sandwich can now be two meals instead of half of a meal? ** i will most likely have the cereal later tonight, but if not, i don't need it. if i eat it it will add another 18 grams of protein and 183 calories.
oh and i almost forgot, i already have 4 bottles of water in at 16.9 oz. each, and will drink at least one more bottle for a total of 80 oz.

I get mine here http://www.dpsnutrition.net/ Just type in IDS New Whey 42 and it will come up in the search list. I don't know if they have the best shipping but I know they were the least expensive I could find online and 3 cases were only $7.95 in shipping so not bad.

Today I took it light... lastnight I made a fried egg, had maybe 1/2, and felt awful... went to bed to try and sleep it off, but by midnight, I was vomiting in the garbage can. Woke up this morning, and my eyes look like raccoons - all the blood vessels burst all around my eyes! I look like crap!
So today I took it light -
20oz. Isopure - 40g
yogurt - 5g
PowerCrunch bar - 14g
tonight - a little bit of turkey croquette
still feel yucky.... no more eggs for me... what's wrong? I did good with eggs early on, but it's been a while, and I had the urge... but I'm done! I never want to vomit again.
