Okay here goes: How is everyone doing on there protein and water intake today? Also what is settling good today in those sometimes grouchy pouches?

So far: Fluids: 50oz Cal:402 Fat:19 Carbs:12 Protein 45 Menu: B: Baby Baybel light cheese and turkey pepperoni "roll ups" (a little of the cheese on a slice of turkey pepperoni). S: none L: Steak tips (lean cuisine...meat only), and 4 small slices of cucumber w/ rice vinegar S: Soy crips (didn't want them but needed the protein). D: TBD maybe crustless pizza, maybe roast beef. I want chicken, but don't have any made and my cold is starting to take over my body and making me feel cra**y again.

I'm going vegetarian if dinner doesn't work tonight lol. I have had meat for dinner for the last 4 days and its come back up every freaking day. I do fine with all kinds of veggies and other types of food but all of a sudden meat and I are NOT friends *sigh* so wish me luck at dinner lol. Calories: 863 ( was freaked out over this number for a couple days but since keeping it around this number I seem to be losing better. Go figure more food more loss lol) Fat: 48g (looks ugly lol but there are only 9 grams of sat fat in there - the rest is avocados) Carb: 20g Net Carbs: 12g Fiber: 8g Protein: 93 Fluids: 64 ounces (90% from water and herbal tea ) so far... B: Coffee w/ Half & Half S: 1/2 New Whey 42 Grape Vial L: Avocado w/ Bacon, Parsley, Balsamic vinegar S: 1/2 New Whey 42 Grape Vial D: HOPEFULLY 1/2 a chicken thigh S: Pro Complex Shake w/ 4 ounces of Hoods FF Milk I also got 30 mins on the Gazelle done today. *huggles* Felicia

I could do vegetarian so easily and that was before this surgery...now it is really bad. lol Calories: 405 Carb: 10g Net Carb: 8g Protein: 57 Fluids: 74.4 oz all have been from water B: Smoothie Protein Shake (banana, strawberries, scoop of protein) L: Yogurt S: String Cheese D: Unsure I have 28 minutes of walking on the treadmill going to be doing another 30 minutes later tonight. Well today seemed to be a real good day...for me that is. Protein: 110 Calories: 909 Fat: 38 Carbs: 29 Fluid: 86 oz B: Protein Bar L: Fajita chicken stips (1 cup) S: 1/2 Protein Bar D: Lean Cuisine Meal: ate only the salisbury steak part S: the other 1/2 Protein Bar Not to bad..
