B: Baby Baybel light cheese and turkey pepperoni "roll ups" (a little of the cheese on a slice of turkey pepperoni).

L: Steak tips (lean cuisine...meat only), and 4 small slices of cucumber w/ rice vinegar
S: Soy crips (didn't want them but needed the protein).
D: TBD maybe crustless pizza, maybe roast beef. I want chicken, but don't have any made and my cold is starting to take over my body and making me feel cra**y again.
I'm going vegetarian if dinner doesn't work tonight lol. I have had meat for dinner for the last 4 days and its come back up every freaking day. I do fine with all kinds of veggies and other types of food but all of a sudden meat and I are NOT friends *sigh* so wish me luck at dinner lol.
Calories: 863 ( was freaked out over this number for a couple days but since keeping it around this number I seem to be losing better. Go figure more food more loss lol)

I could do vegetarian so easily and that was before this surgery...now it is really bad. lol
