Tues: Prot/Fluids/Menus
I'll start today.
Much MUCH better day.
Started slow as I had blood work in the morning and had to "fast".
Protein: I am at 59 already - and it's only 4pm
Fluids: 5 glasses so far, will have 2 more before my workout and a few after as well
Menu:
B: (late) 1 low fat string cheese
L: Lean Cuisine low car - turkey tenderloin w/ mushrooms and greenbeans..I ate all the turkey (about 3oz) and about 4 green beans
S D: (I have a long night at the gym tonight, so I had a larger snack later in the day than usual): 3 slices of deli turkey spread w/ a teaspoon (not a tablespoon) of ceasar dressing w/ parm cheese.
S: After the gym I will have some NSA Cozy Shack pudding (YUM)
Calories: 821
Fat: 42g ( only 9g from Sat Fat though )
Carbs: 27g
Net Carbs: 17g
Fiber: 10g
Protein: 90g
Fluids: 64 oz with 32 from straigh****er
B: Coffee w/ Half & Half , 1/2 New Whey 42 g
S: 1/2 avocado, 1/4 tomato, 1 sprig fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
L: 1/2 New Whey 42g
S: 1/2 avocado, 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
D: Yakitori Chicken ( 1 thigh marinated in soy sauce, white wine, toasted sesame oil, garlic & red pepper flakes) with 1 ounce roasted mushrooms & 1 ounce caramelized onions with garlic.
S: 1/2 scoop Pro Complex in 10 ounces Hoods FF Milk
Work out: 20 mins this morning on the Gazelle, 15 mins this afternoon on the Gazelle
so far...
70 grams of protein
68 oz. of water
only 382 calories... need to up that a bit, so i will probably have a blue bunny fudge bar in a little while. that will only add 70 calories, but i'm not really feeling much like eating.
thank goodness for the grape vials of protein. i never had a problem getting in 60-70 gms. of protein from just food, but while i am not feeling well, it is a lifesaver.
