I'll start today!! 1. My boss's wife came into the office today and told me I am looking wonderful!! 2. I feel wonderful! 3. Bill, my husband, told me he is so proud of me! I needed that!! 4. I had to buy a new bra -- I dropped 2 bra sizes since surgery! YIPPPPEEEE!!!!

Not to much positive today but here goes. 1. I have a positive outlook on things today. 2. I am wearing my new size 16 pants that I got 70% off this past weekend. 3. I lost another 2 lbs from last week Friday.

After several days of feeling lousy and not wanting to eat - I was able to get down all my protein (in food form - no supplementing)! (well - I'm being positive - I'm 1gram short...but it's already 4pm - I can get that one in as well).

My Positives are: 1. The rest of my AeroGarden kit showed up today. Fun Fun! 2. I made it 20 mins straight on the Gazelle this morning. 3. I got the rest of the weeks meals prepared for the family today. 4. I got 2 more cards today from the exchange! Thanks Aime & Patti! *huggles* Felicia =8)

well, not too much from here in bed... i did start an antibiotic yesterday, so i am feeling a little bit beter. my dogs are sort of behaving with me upstairs all day... i'm actually worried about getting in enough food rather than eating too much food! have a good one everyone, patricia

1. I had a good hair day - for a change. I desperately need a trim.....but not if it keeps looking THIS nice. 2. The kids are doing better - after getting sick again. 3. I am still 1/2 pound for my 1/2 point. But, I'm not letting NOT losing that half pound get to me!!!! 4. I was in a good mood all day long. 5. I've been consistently getting in over 70g of protein every day for the past week!!! That sums it up for the most part. Susan
