- Are you half full or half empty about your weight loss? Meaning do you see the better ( ie weighing less, fitting into smaller clothes) or do you see the worse ( sagging skin, not losing fast enough)? A LITTLE OF BOTH. I SEE BOTH SIDES.

I AM FIXING THAT PART OF ME EVERYDAY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PINPOINT BUT I THINK IT IS A COMBINATION OF QUITE A FEW INCIDENTS IN MY LIFE.

- When do you weigh? In the morning, right before I jump in the shower.

- How often do you weigh? Every couple of days.
- Do you have a routine you do before weighing? - well, um, sorta..I make sure I am "empty" and I take off every stitch of clothing - if you call that a routine.

- Do you measure? No measuring yet - I still need to get a tape measure

- Did you take before pictures? - not intentionally - but I have a few pics that I use as "befores"
- How often do you take pictures? I take a face shot and a full shot at least once a month.

- Do you track what you are eating? - I try to...using fit day.
- Do you measure what you are eating? - I never seem to have a scale handy - so no, not as well as I should be.
- What is more important to you to watch... carbs or calories? carbs
- Are you eating low fat? as much as possible
- Are you still learning to eat or do you feel your an old hand at this now? I feel like I'm getting pretty good at it - though I could do better at measuring out portion sizes.

- Are you changing your mental along with your physical? I am finding out that I am an active "outdoorsy" person at heart. It was just buried under all this fat before, so yes, my mental is changing, I am enjoying everythign I can do and learning to fill my life with adventures instead of food!

I SEE THE POSITIVE IN EVERYTHING THESE DAYS. ITS NOT EASY BUT I GET UP EVERY DAY LOOKING FOR SOMETHING BETTER IN MYSELF AND MY LIFE.

I think I am half full till I try on something and my tummy is so gross. It hangs really bad.. Then I get upset.

I am still trying to find ways to direct my stress in other ways then eating myself to happiness. I have a very stressful life with my son. And ate to make it better. I cant do that.. So, When I get stress hungry. I make some Diet hot Chocolate with SF cool whip. Seems to fill the emptiness..
