Today was a TERRIBLE day.... I've felt lousy all day and have been doing a LOT of sleeping.
Protein - probably about 30 at the most.
Fluids - UGH, maybe 20oz at the most.
Menu:
MOrning - couple of bites of left over "crustless pizza" from Friday night.
Afternoon - the broth, meat and veggies out of chicken noodle soup - I have the noodles to the dog.
Evening - a serving of peanuts
I've been trying to sip on fruit punch and water all day - but my stomach is rebeling and I keep falling asleep.
Shame on me.
Yesterdya wasn't much better.
