I'm not doing too well today. Due to being so tired, I slept most of the morning. I've managed to get in 1/2 of my fluids so far and 20 grams of protein, but that's it. I still need 40g of protein to meet my minimum. I'm thinking shakes as I have NO appetite today. I am mega thirsty though. Maybe a salad (spinach, cheese and some meat) tonight for dinner while the kids have pizza....I know I need to EAT something. I've barely gotten in 150 calories all day...and that's including the calories in my apple cider, protein drink and vitamins!!! I really need to get busy with this... Hope everyone else is doing better than me today!! Susan

Day isn't over. YOU CAN DO IT!! Remember if your tired you don't just need sleep lol food ( protein) will help tons!! Now.. get in there and eat something!! *huggles* Felicia

I tried.....but every time I tried to eat anything. I decided to just get in as much fluid as possible. Still feeling a bit icky....so I'm working on fluids and protein shakes. Hopefully later I'll feel like eating. Susan

ewwwwww that is no fun at all. I sure hope you have a better time of it today! I just haven't been hungry lately so been a struggle to get food in *sigh*. Not good but hey at least my protein is up there one way or the other lol. Have a better day today! *huggles* Felicia

Calories: 562 ( 364 from protein ) Fat: 14g ( 7 from Sat Fat ) Carbs: 16 g Fiber: 0g Protein: 90g Fluids: 64oz and counting of water/tea... Coffee: 1 cup with Splenda and Half n Half B: Pro Complex Chocolate Shake with Hoods FF Milk L: 1 ounce King Crab S: Pro Complex Chocolate Shake with Hoods FF Milk D: 2 ounces King Crab Wasn't hungry today and was super busy so I just went for shakes and crab... ok Bad Bad day...can not put it al into fitday as hubby is on that puter. BUT Had a great morning...had a shake and that went well. 38 grms down Got a lot more fluids in...really thirsty today! Then went shopping (YAY CONTAINER STORE!!!) went out to eat at Boston market...had a few bites of the chicken before I knew it was just too dry to really eat any more. Better safe than sorry when out. Had two small bites of hubys meatloaf and that was it. He finished so there was nothing left to pick at! Currently working on some left overs from home. Sausage with sauce. Pretty good but being cautious. Seems to be going ok. Will be way below on protein today but it is 11 so I don;t want to pu****l NOTE TO SELF!! Get more protein in before going anywhere. All in all not a bad day but better tomorrow. Hugs everyone!, Melissa
