And I'm the first to post. That counts as exercise doesn't it?? All the typing has to burn some calories....... Right???? I'm hanging out on-line avoiding doing any housework as I am still exhausted from the past two weeks of sick kids. The laundry is *almost* caught up and the house looks *okay* thanks to my FLYlady routines. But, it could be better. The living room needs decluttered and vac'd and the kitchen needs swept and the dishes put into the dishwasher....but otherwise, I'm okay with the house. The kids are responsible for their own rooms, so I don't even LOOK...I just close the door. My room is wonderful. Maybe I need to retreat in there and watch movies so I can forget the rest of the house tonight. lol Anyway....I haven't done any moving, per se, other than walking in the grocery store. We were there for 1.5 hours though. It was CROWDED...and my heart rate (or at least my BP) was up due to the 9 and 10 year old boys with me. LOL Susan

15 mins straight on the Gazelle ( I am up to 2 of these sessions a day now ) Only doing one today though cuz my body needs a break. Also did: - Cooked pancakes on my new grill *grin* LOVE IT!! - Chased the dog & Joshua around the house. - Put up new CO2 detectors. - Completely rearranged office. - Mopped floor in office. - Washed all plants and water saucers in office. - Dishes done. - Laundry done. - Deep cleaned both frigs. - Deep cleaned Microwave. - Deep cleaned Oven. - Took everything off all the shelves and cleaned and reorganized ( kitchen ). - Shined my sink. - Vacuumed whole house. - Deep cleaned master bathroom. - Deep cleaned Joshua's bathroom. - Washed Joshua's bedding. - Flipped Joshua's mattress. - Paid bills. - Played video games with Joshua. - Worked on cards for card exchange. - Worked on scrapbook pages for WLS Album. And its only 5pm here lol. Felicia =)

OK did a lot of walking around today with shopping. No official exercise walking but it was a lot. I am really learning that the more I lose the more my back hurts. I thought it was supposed to hurt on the way up in weight not the way down. Anywho I kept going and had a great time shopping. Well untill we got to the camping store. Ugh BORING!!!! hubby liked it though. Then heard sirens tongiht outside so went on a long hunt to see what they might be. Well nothing turned up but did get a nice long walk in. Hugs, Melissa

I so hear you on this... My body hurts in places it never hurt before and that was BEFORE I started working out. My hips make me feel like an old lady... Only thing I can figure is that we are standing differently now... But man some days lol I feel older then I did when I was 400! *hugs* Felicia
