FOUND THIS POSTED ON THE MICHIGAN BOARD

JUST WANTED TO SAHRE WHAT I FOUND ON THE MICHIGAN BOARD FROM LINDA'S POST.... Apple Pie posted yesterday about this and i went and bought some. It's the new crystal light sugar free hydration drinks. They come in light lemon, cranberry pomgrenate(i'm sure i spelled that wrong) and one other i can't remember. It's Crystal Light Hydration in the On The Go sticks. It's got electrolytes in it... ) The serving size is 1/2 stick.. but you use the whole stick for a 16.9 oz bottle of water... (or glass of water)... so for the whole stick it has 200% vit C, 20% vit A, 2o% vit E, 20%, 20% Riboflavin, 20% Vit B6, 60mg potassium, 150mg sodium. The lemon is great, so i'll have to try the other flavors too. So everyone having trouble with dehydration, go buy some. SOUNDS REALLY GOOD TO ME SO I AM GOING TO LOOK FOR SOME....HEARD THEY FOUND IT AT WALMART..... HUGS JUDY
