I have in so far today 40 grams of protein and 54.2 oz of water (kind of slower on the water for me today) need to catch up on it soon.

SO FAR I HAVE 40 OUNCES WATER IN AND I HAVE 40 GRAMS PROTEIN IN...STILL WORKING ON GETTING IT ALL IN BEFORE BED TONIGHT....IT WILL HAPPEN!! HUGS JUDY

Okay..this seems high for what I have ate. B: Protein Bar: Protein: 19 Calories: 190 L: Hamburger patty only: Protein: 39 Calories: 264 2 Bites of Sweet Potatoe Cassarole (Nasty) S: 1 oz of Chicken, no skin (in frozen meal, lean cuinsine) didn't like it Protein:8 Calories: 53 Tons of Liquids!! I drank all day Totals: Protein: 71 Calories: 581 Carb: 22 Fat: 20

Did great on the protein, but still working on the fluids. I spent most of the day at doctor's offices and pharmacies, so I'm behind on fluids. I WILL get it all in before bed though!!!!! Susan
