QUESTION

TOMORROW I NEED TO GET MY 3 MONTH BLOOD TEST DONE....THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE HAD IT DONE ALREADY...HOW MANY VIALS DO THEY TAKE???? WHEN I HAD BLOOD TEST BEFORE WLS THEY TOOK OUT 5 VIALS AND I ALMOST PASSED OUT!!!!! YES I AM AFRAID OF THE DANG NEEDLES!!!!! I WILL ALSO BE ASKING TO BE LAYING DOWN THIS TIME WHEN THEY TAKE MY BLOOD.....ANYTHING MORE THAN 4 VIALS AND I AM READY TO PASS OUT!!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!! HUGS JUDY

I'm not sure about your Dr, but mine took 7 vials. I was also told when I do my 6 months blood work it will be 11 vials. I'm not looking to forward to that.

I think if they only took 5 the first time they might do the same thing again for you. My Dr took 9 the first time I think I know it was a big number. I think, I lost count after I started sliding down the seat. I know the 3 month was less though. Good luck tomorrow......

Judy, the first time they took 14 vials of blood, this time was only 6. Honey..just think of something else but diffently lay down. You will be fine. I should be getting my results soon..in fact I might just call them. We luv ya Judy!!!

Jeeze, I just did mine last Saturday, it was 3 vials, I brought a protein bar with me to eat after and was fine! Tel the tech your fears and thy wil try to make you as comfortable as possible. Good luck!
