Yeah, I know what you mean...some days it's harder than others...I thought I'd lose faster than I have...all this hard work and look at that flab...look at that skinny chick working out over there...so many negatives we can give ourselves...a lifetime of programming to overcome. Moving helps me more than anything else - going to the gym or a walk. Nothing better for the blues than a long walk in rough weather. Recently, someone I care for let me down and I've been feeling it, hurting quite a bit, and yesterday, the feeling was very acute...every bit of exercise at the gym yesterday was an attempt to push the pain out of my body...it helped. Prayer helps me too. I'm a Pagan, on a Goddess path. When I got in the water yesterday, I just asked my Mama to help me through it...She never fails me. Lisa

Lisa, Oh how can I relate to what you said. It is going to take a while to reprogram ourselves to overcome all the negativity that we have put into our heads. The exercise did help me put things more in perspective last night and I am feeling much better now. Hugs~~ Deanne

This was so me yesterday. This morning I woke up with it also but with a stern talking to I managed to pull myself out of it by 10am... I spent way to many years being down and barried in emotional 'bad days' and I just remind myself of where I am going and how much better today is compared to yesterday. Focus on your positives. Change your mind and you will change your day!!! Always here for you! *huggles* Felicia

I know what you mean about the many years putting myself down to have this control my life again that I have recently taken back control of. It did get better the more I got in a different state of mind and not so much focus on the negative things going on in life. I walked on the treadmill and that seemed to help out a lot. THANKS!!!! Hugs to you Deanne
