Girllllllllllllllll what are we going to do with you.. I know you know better then what you are eating so no since naggin on ya. But get those amounts up ya hear! Start plugging your stuff into fitday and posting it. It helps a lot!!! You are very welcome for the card!! I can't wait for the Feb exchange to get started either. I have logged on to fitday.. I just gotta figure out how to do it.. It seems pretty easy though. I hope this helps.. I tried Melissa Avacado and Cottage cheese thing. Like she says yumo! it went down nice. Maybe I will have this again tomorrow.. Thanks again guys for all the support.. Luvs and Hugs! Tiff
