OK I am one of the bad ones that doesn't eat breakfast lol. Well I do but not till about 10am so its usually what ever is left over in the frig. I say it doesn't have to be "breakfast" foods. So what ever is in your frig calling your name should work just fine. Felicia

Thanks Felicia! I think part of my struggle is that I do try to limit myself to "breakfast foods". It's a good idea to eat whatever is good for you, even if it's more of a "dinner food". Thanks for the tip!!

Never settle for *normal* breakfast foods! I love doing string cheese and deli meats, leftovers, The Kashi Go Lean cereals are great because they have a lot of protein in em. I try to squeeze in some fruit then too, usually no sugar added apple sauce. Soft boiled eggs are easy, and easier on my tummy than scrambled are sometimes. pop em in a pot, wait till the water boils and set the timer for 3 minutes. For those of you with kids you can do this while you are getting their lunches made. And dont forget Hard boiled eggs too, you can make them the night before. Omeletts too, they reheat pretty well in the microwave in the morning. Hope these ideas are helpfull!

I've always had a hard time dealing with food early in the morning, especially when in a rush. I can usually manage half a breakfast bar of some sort, or maybe the low carb Carnation Instant Breakfast. Sometimes I can manage a bit of yogurt. Basically, I just try to get some sort of protein in me and worry about eating more a couple hours later. Lisa

I have a hard time with breakfast just to early for me and the pouch. I will grab a protein bar and eat on that till it is gone and that seems to work out just fine. Which reminds me I need some protein bars...uh oh!!
