Hey guys, I noticed a lot of people inquiring about how others get in all of their daily protein. I know everyonew has their own individual food issues but I thought I would share a day of my eating and ask others to do the same in order to give some tips/suggestions to those who are having difficulty. My program requires 60g protein/day as a minimum. I typically have no problem getting this in but I am very lucky to have a pouch that is easy to please and so far has only jad issues with beef. On days that I dont hit goal with foods alone I will do a vial of new whey liquid protein, or a 50g pure protein bar. Here is my day so far today. Breakfast 2 medium meatballs with spaghetti sauce and 1 stick light string cheese Medium DD french vanilla decaffe coffee iced, w/ skim milk and splenda Lunch 1oz roasted salted soy nuts and 1 oz cheddar cheese Dinner 2oz chicken breast cooked on the juice of italian olives (the olive salad w/ carrots and celery) 3 olives, 1 slice carrot, and 1 chunk celery 2C fat free no sugar added hot cocoa made 8oz skim milk and 8oz water. I use fit day to track my daily intake. Heres how todays food looks in numbers 795 total calories 33g fat 301 fat calories 47g carbs 156 calories 75g protein 301 calories With just food alone I got 75g protein out of 60 recomended! Today was a great food day for me, I dont need to add a protein supplement tonight. How do some of you guys do it?
