Fluids always good - well above 64 oz!

but... i get to take off 441 calories for exercise.... woohoo, so really i only had 339 calories!!
I had 1/2 a protein bar this morning, the other half after the gym.
For dinner, I had Chinese food, a seafood dish with veg. Wow, it was really good! I am finding that I can eat a couple bites of fish/meat, maybe some veg...wait 15-20 minutes, then eat a bit more, etc. It seems to stay down that way.
I had loads of water.
