Ok..I am not Felicia but I thought I would start the post today. Protein: 76 Carb: 38 Calories: 702 Fluids: 52 oz Food: B: Protein Bar L: Grilled Chicken (fajitas)1 cup D: 1/2 cup sloppy joes no bread I am going to try to get another protein bar but we will see.

Had another good day today! yay!!! Calories: 767 Fat: 23 Carbs: 25 Protein: 112 grms Breakfast: Light Fit Yogurt Lunch: Left over london broil - 1/2 cup Snack: 0 today Dinner: Left Over Chicken Marsala (chicken only) - 1/2 cup (so yummy had tiny mushrooms!) Snack: Hoods milk with pro complex chocolate protein Fluids always good - well above 64 oz! Hope everyone had a great day! Melissa

I had a great food day today, got lots of fluids and protein, made a seperate post about how I do it ...please add your experiences to that post. I love that we do this. It keeps us honest and realistic about what I put in my mouth!

i think i had a pretty good day... breakfast... protein shake snack 1... cup of tea w/ 1 splenda lunch... 3 oz. chicken breast (roasted) snack 2... cup of tea w/ 1 splenda fortune cookie 8 oz. skim milk dinner... chicken wings (3) meat only celery blue cheese dressing snack 3... light and fit yogurt 2 cheese sticks (i was hungry tonigt!) 780 calories 95 grams of protein but... i get to take off 441 calories for exercise.... woohoo, so really i only had 339 calories!!

ooh, and i had 68 oz. of water, and that didn't count my 16 oz. of tea, so 84 oz. of fluids. (i never count my milk or protein as fluids)

I had 1/2 a protein bar this morning, the other half after the gym. For dinner, I had Chinese food, a seafood dish with veg. Wow, it was really good! I am finding that I can eat a couple bites of fish/meat, maybe some veg...wait 15-20 minutes, then eat a bit more, etc. It seems to stay down that way. I had loads of water. Lisa
