Tuesday's menu
Hi everyone
I'm 12 weeks out (Weds) -
My stomach is not feeling too good tonight, so I think I am going to take it easy tomorrow:
B: Hood milk w/AnyWhey - 25g
S: Yogurt - 5g
L: Yogurt w/AnyWhey - 11g
S: Soy Crisps - 5 g
that gives me 46grams - not sure what to do for dinner, I'll see how I feel when I come home from work.
Have a protein-irific day tomorrow!
I'm not very organized, but I think I know what we are having today. Don't know the exact protein grams.
B: Yummy Protein Shake with Super Skim Milk (18 gm for Whey and 12 gm for milk)
L: I think I'm making Meatloaf tonight (don't know how much protein is in this)
S: Kashi Pumpkin Spice w/Flax Seed Crunchy Granola Bar (Also very YUMMY) 5 or 6 grams of protein.
D: Wendy's Chili (17 gm/small...so probably about 13-14 grams for 3/4 cup)
S: Orange (no protein) and maybe a few Low Fat Ritz with Cheddar Cheese Spread (5 gm)
For the first time in awhile I have no plan for the day.....let's see if I can work one out right now.
B: no problem sipping carnation instant breakfast. (15g)
S: 1 oz peanuts (7g)
L: I have to run out at lunch time anyway - I'll stop and pick up a low carb Smart One on my way back to the office and grab another to have for dinner when I get home later tonight. (20g approx).
S: cucumber slices
D: another smart one....busy nights - no time to cook.(20g)
I am really enjoying that I can have a hectic schedule (I leave the house at 7am and am not home until 8pm) and still have time to eat well - w/out stopping for fast food.
