MON:Protein/Fluids...How did it go?

Not doing too good on this today, either. I made pork chops for dinner and :puke:ed them up. I did have some Wendy's Chili at work and a protein shake for breakfast. I snacked on some peanuts and a stick of beef jerkey. Not a terrible day, but not great. Still working on water.

I had a protein shake for breakfast. A handful of mixed nuts for lunch. I made a stir fry for dinner with chicken and seasoned california blend veges. I also made a thing of 4 cheese mashed potatoes. They tasted great. Gave me the foamies. Since I didn't eat much it didn't last too long thank goodness. I found a cool water/juice the other day at Walmart. It is by Tropicana called Water Squeeze. It has 4 grams of sugar per serving and 7 grams for the entire bottle. It tastes so good. I even like the ruby grapefruit flavor and I am not crazy about grape fruit juice.

Felicia, I struggle to get in 550 calories and 60 gm of protein. I feel like I have to graze all day long to get that much down. It would be really nice to know not just the numbers, but what people ate in order accomplish this. And if I have to graze all day to get that much food in, my water intake is not good, of course. Marie, I know you were asking for Felecia but i thought I would throw my 2 cents in Most of us can only get the protein in by supplementing with a shake. Felicia has become my support partner and she turned me onto a great shake that actually tastes great and likes me too! I get 47 grms from the alone (combo of protein powder and the milk I make it with). If you look at some other posts a lot of people are listing what theya re eating as well. Usually titled something about Menu. The most current one is Tues. Menu. I hope this helps a little. Hugs, Melissa

Not a bad day at all! Calories: 714 Fat: 34 Carbs: 25 (higher than I would have liked) Protein: 75! (my nut. set goal is 60!) Fluids: Counting my shake.... 64 oz! I met my goal!!!!
