I am trying to convince my hubby to buy me a machine to use at home. I saw you posted before about that machine. Which one was it again? I need to get my butt moving! I could just imagine how much weight I would be losing if I were excercising too! You are a true motivator!!!

I have done 1 hour of cardio. I am actually pretty proud of myself for staying committed to it. I hope the newness of it all doesn't leave any time soon! Allison

Nope, I was so tired when I got home from work at 7:30am. I went to sleep and my sick daughter was in our bed. She slept until 9:15am and I had to get up and get her ready to go to grammy's for the day so I could sleep some more. Grammy came at 9:45 and I went back to bed. I woke up at noon and thought I would not be able to go back to sleep and should work out, but with only 3 1/2 hours of sleep or so, I figured I needed more. I went back to sleep and woke up at 2:45pm. Still not enough sleep, but would work. I wanted to go get my sick daughter from my mother in law, so I got my shower, got dressed and left to get the kids. Came home, fixed dinner, finished getting ready for work, tried to get my router working with my laptop, gave up and left for work at 7:45pm. With an hour commute to work, a 10 hour shift, and an hour drive home in the morning, I don't have much time to sleep, and do whatever at home. I know...excuses, excuses. I hope to do better tomorrow. Hugs (and yawns), Tabby

Would 2 miles of walking/running in my office building count? That is from 10 til 3:30. they never gave me a break all day. Aime

Yes I did...... The circut room was closed this evening, so I stuck w/ cardio. 30 min. on the bike (on a cross country course...loads of hills)... 30 min. on the treadmill (nothing exciting - flat terrain, 3.0-3.5mph) Kept my heart in the target range for about 75% of the time too. Tonigh****er aerobics...I'm praying the suit I bought isn't too big.
