WOW moment....1/2 way to final goal

Today I weighed and I am down 52 1/2 lbs which my half way point to my final goal of weighing 125lbs. On top of that today is 3 months since my surgery date. My next goal is to be down to 145 by March 16th for my husbands Air Force retirement ceremony.

way to go teresa! you should be very proud of yourself. i'm down 50 since my consult, and 38 since my surgery on 10/18. i feel like i am a slow loser, and once again, i am at the same weight for a week now. bummer. i want to lose almost 150 pounds, so i guess i could say that i am 1/3 of the way to my goal! hooray for both of us!! fondly, patricia
