Loss and Goal

As of this morning, I have lost 64 pounds since my Halloween surgery. I have not been at my current weight in about 12 years. It sure feels better coming off than it did going on I have 37 lbs to go to reach 199. I had hoped to reach that by my birthday, but I think that I'd be setting myself up for disappointment. So, I am aiming for Valentines Day. I can do that. I know I can. Lisa
