Pictures finally
WOW, Melissa!!! You can REALLY see a difference. The pictures do help. I have been taking pictures every month or so. I have a digital scrapbook program and I do a scrapbook page and enter my weight at the time of the pictures and what is going on with me at the time. Then I will print them out and put them in a book and will have that to remind me of where I was and how hard I worked to get to a healthier/happier me and know I DON'T want to go back to there. Plus I can look at them to really see the difference in the new me.
