So I get home from work and see that my asshole husband has eaten most of the baked tostitos that I was planning on having with my refried beans tonight for my supper!!! Then he asks me if I want some pancakes that his mother made. Nooooooooooooooo I don't want any thankyou....But there is syrup in the cupboard if you want some. Well he comes into the living room and is eating and I go to the kitchen to see what I can have and see that he not only opened my sugar free syrup but he has used over half the bottle of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF is wrong with his head????? Now mind you he has all kinds of food here to eat that I can't have....Cookies, chips, little debbie snacks, cheezits, and other snack foods plus all his other foods that I buy for him to eat. Why does he have to eat my food?????????? I even keep my food in a seperate place from his so he doesn't eat it!!!! But that isn't working at all I see!!!!!! He has bananas, apples, pears, oranges and he eats all this like there is no tomorrow!!!! He is not overweight at all...He is about 160 pounds now. So what is wrong with him????? Why does he have to eat my food???????????????? It makes me so dam mad and me being sick on top of it doesn't help me much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for letting me vent here!!!! Hugs to all of you!! Judy (still feeling yucky but getting better!!)

Oh Judy I feel bad for you! men just don't think - that's the only reasonable answer I can come up with! I do have an uncle that when he comes in from out of town, he eats us out of house and home, even eats the kids snacks and drinks their juice boxes - when there clearly is adult snacks and beverages available in the house! Feel better!!!!

Something I did to stop the insanity! (LOL) Was I went out and bought a box of stickers that say "Hello, my name is..." and I stuck them on everything I didn't want eaten. After a month of the stickers, I don't need them anymore. I symply say don't touch and he doesn't. Good Luck, I know how frustrating it is!! Tara

MAYBE I SHOULD CALL HIM HOOVER OR SOMETHING???? GEZZZZZ I THINK HE KNOWS BETTER THAN TO TOUCH MY FOOD AFTER I YELLED AND SCREAMED AT HIM LIKE I DID!!! GOOD IDEA THAT YOU HAD THO!!!! THANKS!! Wow I can not relate to you at all on this but wanted to post my support for you. I don't have any special food or drinks or any food or drink type item I am not willing to share with either my son or husband so I guess I would never run into him eating something "not his". And what ever they did eat I would just replace at the next shopping trip anyways. There is always plenty to eat so never much of a fear here of running out of things. Of course we are all trying to eat healthy so my healthier food is his healthier food and of course my son just gets what I feed him. Was trying to think of what I had that was "mine" and that I wouldn't want "him or J" to eat lol but there really just isn't anything. I eat so little anyways that as long as he left me a bite or two there would be plenty. I eat pretty normal so not much as changed except the amount I get in. =) Hope you find a solution that works for you on this! Sorry to see you so stressed. *huggles* Felicia =)

WELL FOR ONE THING HE DOESN'T NEED TO BE EATING THE SPECIAL FOODS THAT I CAN HAVE BECAUSE HE HAS ALL HIS OWN FOODS THAT HE LIKES...BEFORE I GO SHOPPING I ASK HIM WHAT HE WOULD LIKE FOR SNACKS, MEALS ETC....THEN I EVEN GET HIM EXTRAS....WHICH HE SCARFS DOWN LIKE HE HASN'T EATEN A THING IN DAYS!!!!! I WOULDN'T MIND HIM EATING MY FOOD BUT DAMIT I HAVE A VERY TIGHT BUDGET ON FOOD HERE AND I TRY TO HAVE ONLY WHAT I NEED FOR ME SO I CAN MAKE ENDS MEET. HE JUST DOESN'T COMPREHEND THAT I GUESS!!!! MAYBE ITS JUST ME BEING SICK THAT HAS ME ALL STRESSED HUGS JUDY

Ah well when you put it that way I can see what you mean. Again since we don't have "his food" and "her food" we don't have that trouble in our house. But I see where if you do have that in place where it could be very frustrating. We have a very tight budget on everything not just food which of course makes sharing easier on our budget lol. *hugs* Felicia =) Oh forgot to say that I am super lucky.. I didn't marry a "pig" (like you said above in one of your replies about *Men Are Such Pigs*) my husband is awesome. He is always making sure that I have what I need to stay healthy on this journey. Asks before using the last of something. Heck even puts the toilet seat down when he is done and changes the roll of toliet paper when its out. Just wanted to say that most men maybe "pigs" lol but not mine. It would be nice if he took the garbage out a bit more with out being asked but on the whole I am the luckiest person in the world for who I have as a hubby. Hang in there I am sure it will get better soon!! Hope you are feeling better soon. Has to suck to be sick and trying to stick to plan. I don't envy you. *big huggles*
