Hi Felicia, I hope you're feeling better now. We all get days like that.
I slept later than usual too, yesterday and today. I've been clearing out clutter and was really involved in that yesterday, and I didn't realize how much time had passed. Finally, I went out to take a short walk and mail some stuff, after sunset...but I had more energy, so, spur of the moment, I hopped on the bus and went down to an area with more people and lights, and I walked about a mile or so.
I haven't yet today.
It's harder in the morning...between the new workouts and the bending and lifting I'm doing at home, I've been waking up with a sore lower back! Oh, well...60 lbs ago, that backache would stay with me all day, so I am Not Complaining

Boy did I. Much more than I had intended.
Clarke and I participate in the "sport" (hobby) of Geocaching. It involves using a handhald GPS to locate things that people have hidden. I planned a few excursions for us this weekend, and picked one that looked like a challenge.
We found the parking area for what we thought was the trailhead, and both of our GPS units read .25 miles, a nice quick 1/2 mile walk on a trail, or so we thought.
It took us a couple of hours, lots of steep climbs, lots of mud and tangled brush and some fairly serious hiking. We figure we did at least 2 miles, if not more. Coming out of the woods when we were done, we decided to just take the first road we came to and walk the road back to the spot where we had parked our car. We got within site of the car and I started "jogging" again, it feels so good to be able to mooooooove.
Later that night, after soaking in the tub, using tweezers to remove all the thorns stuck in my legs, picking off ticks etc. I still had energy to rough house w/ the dog, while Clarke lay "sacked out" in his chair.
For once, I out hiked HIM!
