NO and I am ticked at myself. I am determined to work out this evening but I got up late and so far my whole day has been off. Slept like crap cuz I was sick for 2 hours before I went to bed and then ended up sleeping in and so I am off all day. So I am hoping for 10 mins this evening to at least get something in. I was so frustrated. I went to Penny's and Target. Penny's was having a great sale. 60% off the marked down price. Of course, nothing was in my current size. Target just had nothing in my size on sale or not. I did get some new bras and a girdle type garment at Penny's. I was so disgusted looking at myself in the mirrors as I tried on clothes. I keep telling my head that I am much much thinner. My heart keeps saying ewww you look bad with all that sagging skin. I'm working hard to let my head win out. Oh, I also bought a scale. Aime

You give that heart a stern talking to. The fact is no matter how much skin you have it will ALWAYS be better then the fat you used to have. *HUGS* You will look back on this one day and laugh cuz you will be buying anything you want off whatever rack you want since you will fit in just about everything!! *huggles* Felicia

Went to Curves and worked out for 1 1/2 hours. Then I went walking around at shcool swap meets for about 4 hours. I go back to work Monday so that means I'll be back to 30 minutes workout at Curves till I get use to my work schedule again. Oh Felicia, I also bought the Gazelle machine. I think it takes one to two weeks to ship to me.

Great job on your work out today!! You are so inspiring to me!! YIPPIE on the Gazelle. Which one did you get??? I just love ours. We all use it ( as you probably saw lol ). Its fun. You get a good all over work out ( you are basically forced to move your upper body no matter if you use the arm posts or not ). You can work it as hard or soft as you want. I am so tickled for you!! I hope you like yours as much as we like ours. *huggles* Felicia
